A doula is a trained professional who provides expert guidance for the service of others and who supports another through a significant health related experience.
As your doula I will accompany you during labor to ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I have been trained by the Sierra Childbirth Institute, Spinning Babies and Doulas of North America. I draw on my knowledge to provide emotional support, physical comfort as needed, communication to the staff to make sure that you have the information that you need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor. I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, making suggestions for labor decisions, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for comfort. I am independent and self employed. As your doula, I am working for you, not your caregiver or hospital.

Birth Doula Services Include:
- 3+ hours of Childbirth Education with you and your partner in the
- comfort of your home.
- On-call for you 2 weeks before and after your due-ish date
- Continuous labor support from the moment you need me until you are settled after delivery
- Lactation Support After Delivery
- 1+ Post-partum visit once you are home with baby

($300 deposit, $1,500 due 37th week)
